Description | The Trautoniks Trautonium VT is a modern version of the original Volkstrautonium manufactured in the early 1930s by Telefunken. Trautoniks have brought this version up to date with moder solid state electronics and precision controls to play the 70 cm manual - 3 octaves span resistance wire. The movable auxiliary keys enable exact playing with 4 keys per octave allow for the finest dynamics control. The tone generator features one sawtooth-generator with two 12dB formant filters with switchable frequency range with separate volume controls for sawtooth and each filter. The octave switch allows for note range from about Kontra F1 to c4 The classic housing made of walnut wood includes input for volume pedal and CV and GATE outputs for controlling analog synth. Each unit is handmade to order requiring about 6 - 10 weeks for delivery. |
